It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dale Gladys Karpuska of Tolland, Connecticut, who passed away on April 21, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward A. Karpuska Sr. and Elizabeth "Betty" Karpuska (Hanh). She is survived by: her brothers, Edward A. Karpuska Jr. of Apopka and Lowell L. Karpuska of Tolland; and her friends, Linda and Dan Schulze.

Masks and social distancing are required. Burial will be private in St. Bernard Cemetery, Rockville.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Connecticut Humane Society.
