She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Donald C. Hickton; her parents, Richard and Eunice Barry (Ballou); her daughters, Kelley Sutherland (David) of Coventry and Sandra "Sandie" Hickton; her close friend Fred Linberk of Middletown; her grandchildren, Jason Hickton, Graciela Nunez (Jesse Hayes), Jessica LaFond (Jeremy), Christopher and Daniel Nunez; her great grandchildren, Brenna and Kayleb Hickton; her sisters-in-law, Virginia "Ginny" Hickton of Rockville and Lois Wood of Vernon; and her brother Richard "Glenn" Barry. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
