He was predeceased by: his son Richard Holt; and his daughter-in-law Janies Holt. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Holt (Libby); and his children, David Holt (Reta), Karen Vontell (John), Jeanna Saunders (Weldon) and Terry Nichols (Jesse). He is also survived by his nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
