He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Philipp and Bertha Philipp (Weller); and his brother Norman R. Philipp. He is survived by: his wife Carmella "Bea" Philipp (Daigle); his children, Donna Philipp, Lynne Martin, Michael Philipp (Shelly) and Susan Philipp; his grandchildren, Adam, Brianna and Jeffrey Martin; and his nephew Gary Philipp (Paula). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, the United Cerebral Palsy or the American Cancer Society.
