He is survived by: his spouse Anne Chrzanowski (Fielding); his parent Genevieve Chrzanowski (Ponichtera); his children, Jennifer A. Hurley (John) of Sandwich, MA, Jeffery J. Chrzanowski (Brenda) of Bridgewater, MA, Jason A. Chrzanowski (Nicola), Grosvenordale Chrzanowski and John A. Chrzanowski (Meredith) of Marlborough, MA; his brother Thomas Chrzanowski (Therese); his nephew Scott Chrzanowski (Cynthia) of Thompson; his grandchildren, Katherine, Anna, John, Maria, Thomas, Matthew, Annabelle and Olivia; his niece Emma; his brother-in-law Stephen Fielding of Rochester, NY.; and also Grosvenordale.
