He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charles Waters, Conrad Waters (Spaghett) and Blanche Rawson. He is survived by: his sons, Rodney Waters of Thompson, Russell Waters of Putnam and Kevin Waters; his daughter-in-law Susan of Thompson; his sisters, May Alvord of Putnam and Marie Phyllis Leclair of Thompson; his grandchildren, Sherri Laabs (Jason), Amber Drew (Christopher), Kristen Caudill (Clarke), Kelly Fournier (Brian), Derek Waters and Shannon Waters; and also Brazel of Thompson.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, July 21, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. in St. Mary Church of the Visitation, 218 Providence St., Putnam, CT 06260, followed by burial with military honors in St. Mary Cemetery, Memorial donations in Dick's memory may be made to the Kevin Waters Scholarship Fund, c/o Putnam Bank, 125 Wauregan Rd., Danielson, CT 06239.
