She is survived by: her husband Clifford D. Whitney; her children, David M. Whitney (Carrie) of Thompson, CT, Sheri W. Brinson of North Grosvenordale, CT and Wendi L. Carita (Eric) of Thompson, CT; her sisters, Betty Adams of Wilbraham, MA, Patricia Joslyn of Worcester, MA and Mary Chubbuck of Oxford, MA; and her grandchildren, Christian Carita, Jaylen Brinson, Emily Carita, Jonah Whitney, Madelyn Whitney, Kali Carita and Gianna Brinson. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
