She was predeceased by: her grandsons, Thomas E. Hughes and Paul G. Lamarre, Jr; and her siblings, George, Walter, John Eddy, Rose Munyan, Jeannette McCann and Laura Furno.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas E. Hughes, Sr.; and her children, Paul W. Hughes (Phyllis) of Webster, Thomas E. Hughes Jr. (Cynthia) of Douglas, Michael J. Hughes (Virginia) of Douglas, Kathleen R. Lamarre (Paul Sr.) of Thompson, CT, Stephen T. Hughes (Shirley) of Putnam, CT, Anne E. Dufault (William Sr.) of Douglas, George A. Hughes (Susan) of Dudley, Irene J. Sorel (Roland) of Webster, Mary B. Hughes-Donahue (Kevin) of Danielson, CT and Elaine D. Hughes of Webster. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
