He was predeceased by: his siblings, William Dennis, Daniel Dennis, Dawn Dennis and Joy Kulis; and his parents, Harold Dennis and Dorothy Dennis (Joy).
He is survived by: his wife Karen M. Dennis (Petrunia); and his daughter Deneen Azzolino (Mark) of Danielson.
