She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Coolidge and Ruth Coolidge (Barber); her husband Clarence C. Ballard; her son Jeffery Roy; and her siblings, Theodore, Arthur Coolidge and Carolyn Pikul.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Ballard-Ross; her siblings, Kathleen Alex and Dwight Coolidge (Judy); her granddaughters, Tacey Gaudette, SaraBeth Ross and Katielyn Ross (Randy Adams); and her great grandchildren, Triston and Delila Gaudette. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial gifts may be made to either the Congregational Church of Union or the Thompson Congregational Church's building fund.
