He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie Tucker (Cote); his parents, Louis Edward and Josephine Tucker (Lonergan); his sons, John Stone and Thomas Russo; and his siblings, Irving Tucker, James Tucker, Marguerite Cote and Catherine Joan Tucker.
He is survived by: his children, James Russo (Tracey) of Southington, William F. Tucker, Jr. (Karen) of Waterbury and Dina Russo of Watertown; and his sister Judy Bradshaw (Roger) of Thomaston. He is also survived by nine grandchildren three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
