He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Anne Maddalena (Bernier). He is survived by: his wife Irma Maddalena (Santos); his father Joseph M. Maddelena, Sr. of Terryville; his children, Justin T. Maddalena of Newington and Jami M. Maddalena of Newington; and his brothers, Joseph M. Maddalena, Jr. of New Haven and Michael Maddalena of Waterbury. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lyons Funeral Home (46 High St, Thomaston, CT 06787). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (33 Queen St, Bristol, CT 06010). A committal service will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Cemetery (522 Terryville Ave, Bristol, CT 06010).
