Laplante of Thomaston, Connecticut, born in East Burke, Vermont, who passed away on February 11, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert E. Laplante; her parents, Alvah Freeto and Florence Freeto (Switser); and her siblings, Neale Freeto and Evelyn Michel.
She is survived by: her children, John H. Laplante (Maureen) of Thomaston, Gregory P. Laplante (Rebecca) of Terryville, Dennis J. Laplante (April) of Thomaston and Barbara F. Hanley (Edward) of Winsted. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
