“Thoughts and prayers to Ray's family. Ray was my Scout Master at Troop 39 St. Francis Parrish in Waterbury in the sixties. His leadership and mentoring have remained with me all my life. After 60 years I still remember him at meetings and camping trips. He made a difference for me in scouting and growing up!”
