With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Mozelak-Cheek of Thomaston, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on May 31, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Fantasia and Simone Fantasia (Lavalle); her son Kevin Mozelak; and her former husband Andy Mozelak, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Roy Cheek; her stepchildren, Angie and Jeff; her son Brian Mozelak; her daughter-in-law Abby (Jonathan Mozelak) of Thomaston; her stepson Andrew Mozelak (Debbie) of New Hartford; her daughter-in-law Karen Morris of Torrington; her grandchildren, Payton, Kurtis, Krista, Matthew, Megan, Marisa and Mark; and her friend Sandy Andre (Arnold) of Bristol.
