He was predeceased by: his father-in-law James Phelan. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Grant (Phelan); his parents, Milan E. Jr. Grant and Carol Grant (Haase); his sons, Milan IV and Michael Grant of Thomaston; his sister Taury Miller (Thom) of Avon; his mother-in-law Mary Rita Phelan of Prospect; and his brothers-in-law, Neil Phelan (Betsy) of Woodbury, MN and Tim Phelan (Kate) of East Granby.
