He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Anatole Fradette, Lucienne Fradette, Francis, Juanita and Penny.
He is survived by: his wife Erinn Duddy Rafaniello; his parents, Joanne Fradette McCarthy and Francis; his siblings, Shelby Rafaniello Pons (Matthew Pons), Amy Rafaniello Jost (Rob Jost), Geno Rafaniello (Kaitlin Lacomini) and Molli Gutierrez (Angel Gutierrez); his parents-in-law, Edward Duddy and Linda Duddy; and also, Chippy, Kevin McCarthy and Maryann Rafaniello. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
