He was predeceased by: his parents, Toussaint Charette and Stella Charette (Daigle); his wife Lisa; his son Perry; and his siblings, Norma Pelletier, Della Lamarr, Morris and John.
He is survived by: his children, Rick, Linda of North Carolina, Gary (Ann Marie) of North Carolina, Cindy White of Thomaston, Kim Walls (David) of Kentucky, Lisa (Peter Peterson) of Feeding Hills, MA, Mark (Lisa) of Broad Brook and Harold "Chip" (Eileen) of Colorado; and his siblings, Rena Beaulieu, Jeannine Geilow, Eleanor Reese and James Charette. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be sent in his name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
