She was predeceased by: her husband William "Red" Dayton; her parents, Joel Nelson and Signe Nelson (Persson); and her siblings, Elsie Eckert and Arthur Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, William (Michelle), Brian (Tammy) and Sandra Dunn (Jeff); her grandchildren, William Kelsey, Jenna Dayton, Alissa Nageotte (Jeff), Brianna Boston (Nick), Alex, Curtis and Connor Dunn; her great grandchild Sienna Grace Nageotte; her brother Edmund Nelson (Alice); and her sister-in-law Becky Nelson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
