He was predeceased by: his parent Edward E.; his children, Jeffrey and Tammi; his siblings, Ronald Corey, Roger Corey, Margaret Corey, Jeannette Tubbs and Bernice Coon; and his wife Amelia "Dottie" Corey (Crehan).
He is survived by: his spouse Frances "Betty" (Pagarulo); his parent Jenny Corey, Sr. (Theeb); his children, Edward L. Corey of Torrington, Richard Corey of Torrington, Mary Lisa Lussier, Michelle Corey of Torrington and Jill Corey of Torrington; his former wife Velma L. Corey of Torrington; his siblings, Michael Corey, Louis Corey, Robert Corey, Frieda Corey and Stella Corey; and his stepchildren, Cynthia Hamel, Wendy Miller, Sandra White, Rebecca Bradshaw, Teresa Crusius and Timothy Crehan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
