He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Pillis and Nancy Pillis (Lynn); his brother John; and his grandson Michael. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Matthews (Dan Alves); his granddaughters, Kaitlyn, Samantha and Paityn; and his siblings, Beanie, Vince, Ben, Susan, Jenny and Eileen.
