He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Clark and Gladys Clark (Springer); and his brothers, William, Wesley, Robert, Jack and Howard.

He is survived by: his wife Beatrix Clark (Bresett); his children, Glenn Clark (Natalie), Jay Clark, Dawn Parker (Charles) and Linda LaFountain (Anthony); and his grandchildren, Kimberley Moher (James), Jenna Barkley Daniel (Todd), Katherine, Chip, Matthew Parker and Colby Clark. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
