He was predeceased by: his wife Lise J. Levesque (Cote); his parents, Francis W. Levesque and Mary S. Marsh (Laskowski); and his daughter Lindsey J. Levesque. He is survived by: his children, Jordan D. Levesque of Norfolk and Lauren E. Levesque of Brooklyn, NY; his siblings, Mark Levesque, Rick Levesque, Brian Marsh and Suzanne Levesque; and his grandchildren, Gabriel, Ella and Quinn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in David's name to the Thomaston Volunteer Ambulance Corps, 237 South Main St., Thomaston, CT 06787.
