It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Bonnie Kamens (Thomaston, Connecticut), born in Torrington, Connecticut, who passed away at the age of 77, on April 28, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth P. Dayfield and Helen Dayfield (Piekos); and her siblings-in-law, Bruce Kamens and Myrna Kamens. She is survived by: her children, Matthew Kamens of Thomaston and Allison Tyropolis (Paul) of South Windsor; her grandchildren, Jacob and Alexa Tyropolis; and her siblings, Gail Bergeron of Bristol, Kenneth L. Dayfield (Marge) of Torrington and Leon P. Dayfield (Carol) of Danbury. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Bonnie fought a courageous 15-year battle with Alzheimer's and a courageous battle with COVID-19 and is deeply missed by her family.
