The passing of Roland A. Anderson of Terryville, Connecticut leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on December 18, 2024 at the age of 96. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry A. Anderson and Ellen Anderson (Carlson); his daughter Sherry; and his siblings, Richard, Norman Anderson and Irene Grela.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Anderson (Hosford); and his sons, Adrian Anderson (Dixie), Lee Anderson (Paula) and Jeff Anderson (Lisa). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Terryville Congregational Church (233 S Main St, Terryville, CT 06786). The military honors will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Terryville Congregational Church Book of Remembrance.
