He is survived by: his spouse Hildegarde Siemiatkoski (Jahn); his children, Raymond W. Siemiatkoski, III (Ada) of Lexington, MA and Sheree Swanson (Robert) of Danville, CA; and his siblings, Robert Siemiatkoski of Plainville and Carol Kozikowski of Terryville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
