He was predeceased by: his wife Jane Miskey (Atwood); and his daughter Crystal Phelps. He is survived by: his sons, Terrence Miskey and Kevin Miskey; and his grandchildren, Mathew Phelps Jr., Erica Miskey, Jordon Phelps and Emily Miskey.
