Italia Tozzi Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Italia Tozzi of Terryville, Connecticut, born in Torrington, Connecticut, who passed away on August 21, 2023 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Francesco DeFazio and Bruna DeFazio (Politi) of Torrington; her husband Luigi Tozzi; her daughter Gabriella Rose Tozzi; her stepdaughter Alyssa Tozzi; her brother Giuseppe DeFazio (Ember); and her siblings-in-law, Maria Mancini (Carmine), Rosanna Sforza (Mario), Emilia Mian, Antonietta Cottone (Donato), Rito Tozzi (Celine) and Roberto Tozzi (Antonella). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contribution can be made in Italia's memory to her favorite charity: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
