He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Plourde and Lucille Plourde (Clukey); his son Kevin Plourde; and his siblings, Coreen Ouellette and Rick Plourde.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Plourde (Testa); his daughter Kari Plourde (Karen); his siblings, Douglas (Deb Plourde), Bruce (Vicki Plourde), Dean (Cathy Plourde), Steven (Sandy Plourde), Margaret Monahan (Bob) and Pamela Labadia; his siblings-in-law, Rey Ouellette and Janice (Leonard Nowak); his grandchildren, Jack, Cooper Kraemer-Plourde and Sophia Plourde; and his friend Sue King. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony Church (111 School St, Bristol, CT 06010).
