He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Oswald Austin and Erma Austin (Dellhime); and his sons, Thomas and Daniel Austin. He is survived by: his wife Karen Austin (Elton); his children, Edman Austin (Mary) of Oakville, Donald Austin (Renee), Randall Austin (Gregory), Kathy Spring and Kelley Austin (Alan Mauro) of Harwinton; his daughter-in-law Rose Austin; and his sisters, Lois Piotrowski of Terryville and Patricia Ashe (Thomas) of Terryville. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, 11 special grandchildren and 9 special great-grandchildren.
