She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Maurice Villano and Rosemaria Villano Sr.; her husband Lothar Schwarz; and her son Andreas Schwarz. She is survived by: her daughters, Rosemaria B. Caputo of Broad Brook and Bianca (Derek Novak); her grandchildren, Michael (Jennifer), Landin, Jena, Megan, Aidan, Kyah and Jordan; her stepmother Diann McVey; her brother Maurice; her nieces and nephews, Morgan and Michael; and her sister Michaela Holmes. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
