Donna Jean Cornish Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Jean Cornish of Terryville, Connecticut, born in Duluth, Minnesota, who passed away on February 24, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James LeSavage and Evelyn LeSavage; her sister Kathryn; and her husband Earl Cornish. She is survived by: her siblings, Richard, Fredrick and Margaret; her children, Steven of Southington, Timothy (Monique) of Bristol, Kristine Dobrowolski of Bristol, Richard (Vickie) of Terryville, Thomas (Elizabeth) of Southington, David Cornish, Robin Gilghrist of Silverthorne, CO and Sharon Harshaw (Gregory) of Simsbury; her grandchildren, James (Michelle Cornish), Nicholas (Melissa Cornish), Louis Cossette (Angie Cossette), Jessica (Richard Sanzo), Dustin (Lauren Dobrowolski), Samantha (Nick Chiasson), Owen Cornish (Marines), Michael Cornish (Rachel Harshaw) and David Harshaw (Brian Harshaw); and her great grandchildren, Hannah Cossette, Carter, Matthew Sanzo, Richard Cornish, Wren Chiasson and Chase Dobrowolski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Scott Funeral Home, Inc. (169 Main St, Terryville, CT 06786). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Casimir Church (17 Allen St, Terryville, CT 06786).
