He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John and Anna Slevinsky, Sr. (Susidko); his wife Rose (Schmidt); his children, Daniel (Marianne Slevinsky) of Terryville and Linda (David Zapatka) of Florida; and his grandchildren, Jeremy (Kinsey Slevinsky) of Watertown, Adam Slevinsky of Harwinton, Ryan (Andrea Zapatka) of Florida and Shelly (Daniel Marion) of Florida. He was also cherished by great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and his dear friend.
