Williams Jr. of Terryville, Connecticut, born in Thomaston, Connecticut, who passed away on September 8, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton E Sr. Williams and Lillian Williams (Knox); his sons, Fred and Scott; and his siblings, Sandra and Walter.
He is survived by: his daughter Jamie Kelley (Mathew); his sister Debbie Williams; his grandchildren, Christopher, Brenda, Carlton, Ashley and John; and his great grandchildren, Nathanial, Alexis, Cassidy and Emmalyn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
