She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Bill Donovan, JoAnne Donovan, Robert Lewis and Judith Lewis. She is survived by: her parents, Timothy Smith Lewis and Nancy Lewis (Donovan); her siblings, Peter Lewis of Canton and Krystle Lynn Lewis of Tennessee; her daughter Lexi of Terryville; and also, Terryville Brittany, Carly of Canton and Chris Kelly. She is also survived by several aunts and uncles and many cousins.
