She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Levandoski and Sophie Levandoski (Braina); her husband Mitchell Kosiba; her siblings, Joseph Levandoski and Stacia Stepkoski; her daughter Pat Wollenberg (Bob); her grandchildren, Michael Wollenberg (Amanda) and Kate Provencal (Greg); her son Tom Kosiba (Cher); her grandchildren, Ryan Kosiba (Kristen), Tyler and Jenna; her great grandchild Barbie Chmieleski; her brother Frank Levandoski (Carol); and also, Andrew and Amanda. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in her name may be made to Plymouth Food Pantry or American Cancer Society. In lieu of flowers, please feel free to plant daffodil bulbs and think of Bernice each and every time they bloom.
