He is survived by: his parents, Lucien Theriault and Elizabeth Theriault (Gagnon) of Plymouth; his fiancé Lynn LaPierre (Valaitis) of Terryville; his children, Alexander, Brendan Theriault of Terryville and Anna Theriault of Terryville; his brother Rick Theriault (Lori) of Plymouth; and his niece Suzanne.
