It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Lizak (Tariffville, Connecticut), born in South Hadley, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 21, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Franciszek Lizak. He is survived by: his parent Rita Lizak (L'Abbee); his wife Sharon Lizak (Sullivan); and his son Paul Lizak of Middletown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
