With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald Richard Skinner of Tariffville, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 4, 2025 at the age of 69. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Skinner and Jean Ann Skinner (Wattles). He is survived by: his wife Debra Lee Skinner (Shearer) of Tariffville; his son Daniel B. Skinner of Farmington; and his sister Debra Brock (David) of Salem.
