With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Violet Virginia Alexander (Suffield, Connecticut), born in Glasgow, West Virginia, who passed away on August 18, 2018 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Augustus Love; her husband Andrew; her daughter Helen; and her sisters, Myrtle Adkins and Betholene Love.
She is survived by: her parent Virginia Love (Buckland); her sons, Robert Alexander of Bloomfield and Andrew Alexander of Indian Orchard; her sister Lillian Wilson of Santee; her grandchildren, Robert Alexander Jr., Amy Hietala (Aaron), Heather Schaechinger (Gary), Kerry Meyer (Lance) and Christopher Alexander; and her great grandchildren, Charles Schaechinger, Benjamin Hietala, Alexandra Hietala, Cassandra Alexander, Sara Alexander and Nathan Meyer. She is also survived by wife and mother.
