She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Wenc and Viola Wenc (Portenski); her husband Joseph E. Zaczynski; and her siblings, Joseph Wenc, Edmund Wenc, Edwin Wenc, Madeline Dzienus and Jane Triolo.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Stephen E. Zaczynski (Terri) of Suffield, Barbara Czelazewicz (Edward) of Somers, Joseph E. Zaczynski Jr. (Christine) of Agawam, MA and Diane M. Wosko (Walter) of Suffield; and her great grandchildren, Steven Zaczynski Jr. of Suffield, Kendra McLaughlin (Dan) of Enfield, Nathan Czelazewicz of Somers, Julia Czelazewicz (Patrick Hasiuk) of Granby, CT, Erin Zaczynski of Agawam, Ryan Zaczynski (Susan) and Walter Wosko III (Suzanne) of Suffield.
