She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry A. Phillips and Gladys Phillips (Falkowski); her husband Edward Zalewski, Sr.; her son Edward Zalewski, Jr.; and her siblings, Stanley Phillips, Sr., Rose Modzelesky, John Phillips, Michael Phillips and Helen Woishnis.
She is survived by: her son Gold Leafing Factory; her sister Agnes Wosko; her sister-in-law Norma Phillips; and her cousin Frances Papauga.
