He was predeceased by: his spouse Jo Ann; his parent Hector Turgeon; and his brother-in-law Robert Brown. He is survived by: his parent Marie Turgeon (Gonthier); his children, Jennifer Turgeon of Suffield and Brian Turgeon of New Hartford; his brother Hector Turgeon, Jr.; his wife Linda Vogellus of Winsted; his sisters, Lillian Samson (Arthur) of Winsted, Jeanette Neary (Robin) and Loretta Turgeon of Torrington; and also Raymond Turgeon of Newington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
