He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Hogan and Willie Mae Hogan (Hightower); and his siblings, Willie James Hogan and Artie Mae Cooper. He is survived by: his children, Kellie Hogan of Newington and Patrick Hogan of San Francisco, CA; and his grandchildren, Zachery and Haviland.
