He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Miner and Rita Miner (Brunell); and his sister Lucille Borowiec. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Miner (Hubay); his children, Richard F. Miner, Jr. (Kristen A. Miner) of Newport, RI and Patrice L. Miner of Kirkland, WA; his brothers, Larry Miner (Marie) of Greenville, NC and Bruce Miner of Greenville, NC; his granddaughters, Jordan E. Miner and Addyson M. Miner; and his stepbrothers, Gary, Dennis and Keith LaPlante.
