He was predeceased by: his parents, Kariofillis Tartsinis and Anna Tartsinis (Tsarouhas); and his brothers, Nicholas and Dimitrios Tartsinis. He is survived by: his wife Aspasia Tartsinis (Hatzikalevas); his daughters, Anna Sidoroupolis and Stella Tartsinis of Pennsylvania; his grandchild Kariofillis "Phil" Tartsinis of Suffield; and his brother George Tartsinis of Suffield. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
