He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Vincent Cenci and Hazel Cenci; his brother Peter A. Cenci; and his niece Meg Cenci. He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his daughters, Katherine (Matthew Peary), Maura (Michael Rell) and Elizabeth (Gerry O'Donoghue); his grandchildren, Brendan, Connor and Cecelia Peary; his siblings, Mary (Barry Donaldson) of Goshen, CT and Paul (Helen) of Glen Allen, VA; and his sister-in-law Mary Beth Cenci of Newington, CT. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
