She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas J. Kopernik, Sr. and Catherine Kopernik (Africano); her children, Katherine Lamontagne and John O (Brien); her daughter-in-law Donna O'Brien; her grandchildren, Christina O'Brien and Kerry O'Brien; and her great grandchildren, Samantha O'Brien and Holden Gargano.
She is survived by: her children, David O'Brien (Jeanne) of Windsor Locks, Thomas O'Brien, Sr. of Suffield, Suzann Anderson of Agawam, MA and Theresa Stoughton (Robert Stoughton, Jr.) of West Suffield; and her children-in-law, Col. Robert Lamontagne of Merrimack, NH and Maria O'Brien of Chicopee, MA. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren.
