She was predeceased by: her husband David A. Chappell, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, David A. Chappell, Jr. (Dee) of East Hartford, Paul J. Chappell (Shelley) of Suffield and Kenneth W. Chappell; her grandchildren, Kaileigh, Matthew, Kara, Kyle, Myia, Alexa and Dominic; and her great grandchild Brayden.
