She was predeceased by: her husband Edward M. Banks. She is survived by: her daughters, Anne R. Banks of Suffield and Deborah C. Banks; her granddaughter Sarah McIntosh of South Hadley, MA; her sister Kathleen Sayler (James) of Reno, NV; and her brother-in-law David Banks of Middletown. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
